track record in the field of design and manufacturing of machineries and plant
equipments. Incorporated in May 2001 MAYFAIR is an Engineering company
manufacturing wide range of machineries for Jelly Filled Telephone Cable &
Power Cable.

MAYFAIR is situated at Kothari Compound, Manpada which is located about 10
kilometers from Thane city-which is the district head quarters for one of the most
industrially develped districts in India. Manpada is well connected by road and is
having all kinds of infrastructure to support manufacturing activities like machining,
skilled labour etc.

QUALITY CONTROL & ASSURANCE :
The Quality assurance Cell controls all aspects of quality at every stage of manufacturing right from engineering drawings, vendors, suppliers, production at site and shop. Raw materials are tested for physical and chemical properties at approved laboratories. We are also developing better manufacturing practices by using jigs & fixtures.

MANUFACTURING FACILITIES :
MAYFAIR has a large fabrication shop floor of 8500 sq. ft. + 5000 sq. ft. open space and is equipped with full fledged set up for fabrication and assembly of machineries and equipments made up of MS SS other relevant materials. The shop floor is having sufficient material handling facilities like mono rail crane and lifting tackles.

SITE ERECTION :
MAYFAIR undertakes site fabrication and erection in order to cater these industries. We also undertakes fabrication, erection and ducting jobs apart from the above range
of manufacturing.

OUR FUTURE PLANS :
We intend to produce quality specialised process machineries & equipments in
association with reliable & reputed manufacturing industries who wish to have reliable
strong vendor base to meet the growing need of machines / equipments and plant
building.

The project turnover of MAYFAIR for the 2002-2003 is Rs. 3.5 Crore. We are also
strengthening our manufacturing base by installing more specialised machining
facilities.
